Beyonce made her first appearance last night since giving birth to Blue Ivy Carter. Mrs. Carter stepped out in a flaming red hot dress to support her husband Jay-Z at the Carnegie Hall concert. Beyonce gave birth to her first-born January 7th and looks amazing.
