Drake Breaks Jay Zs Billboard Record

Drake’s been having himself a pretty good summer it seems.

With his collaboration with 2 Chainz (“No Lie”) having moved to the #1 spot on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart, he has surpassed a Hip-Hop legend’s previous achievement.

The actor-turned-recording artist broke a record previously held by mentor Jay-Z for the most No. 1′s on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop chart.

This good news comes for Drizzy right after the OVO Fest and getting the chance to work with the late R&B singer Aaliyah (a long time dream of his).

No word on Drake’s next solo effort yet.
