Singer Justin Bieber got pulled over not once, but TWICE(!!) by CHP officers for speeding in Los Angeles. Bieber was speeding on the 101 Freeway in his chrome Fisker Karma, recklessly weaving in and out of traffic, reportedly trying to shake the paparazzi.
