The Biebs has found himself in a bit of a mess as we begin 2013.
It all started on Tuesday when a photographer named Chris Guerra began to follow Bieber in a series of holiday festivities beginning at the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills. He claims to have seen both Justin and ex Selena Gomez’ cars there.
Later, after having been there hanging out there with Justin, rapper Lil Twist left the Four Seasons in the teen pop star’s Ferrari. Twist was solo with Bieber nowhere to be found. Guerra was in pursuit of the vehicle – most likely unaware that Justin was not in it at this point – and had called a coworker stating that he had seen Justin smoking marijuana in it earlier. After it was pulled over by LAPD, Guerra tried to get out and snap photos of the Ferrari when he was struck by another vehicle and died.
