Looks like somebody had a lip job! The photo on right is archived from 11/14/09. Before and after photos of Megan show that her lips were much smaller and more natural back in November of 2009. Megan Fox spent New Year’s Day 2010 with Brian Green and his son. Although it was difficult to see her face, her lips are noticeably bigger!

for god's sake, what did she need those fish lips for? she looked great with smaller lips, but I gues plastic surgerys are the same as tattoo's- you never get enough of them. you always need more and more…
