Ne-Yo Confirms Duet with Celine Dion

Mina

It’s not the first time that Ne-Yo and Celine Dion work together. The American singer-songwriter already penned “I Got Nothing Left” from the songstress’ last album, Taking Chances. Back in summer 2012, photos of them both working in the studio hit the net but Ne-Yo reveals now that Celine has asked him for a duet.

“This time around I actually did a duet with her – it’s her and me on one song, which was a challenge to say the least! I was trying to figure what I was even doing there – why would they need my voice when they have hers? She wanted to do the song as a duet and I was flattered, but it definitely made me question my vocal ability.”

Celine Dion’s eleventh studio album is tentatively named Water and a Flame and will probably be released in fall 2013.
