As most of you know, Forest Whitaker will be portraying the life of Eugene Allen, a man who served eight first families in the White House, a career spanning more than 30 years.

Now, filmmaker Lee Daniels will be tackling Allen’s life and  bringing it to the big screen for the world to see!

Above, you can see the first picture of Whitaker as Allen.

For those who don’t know, Allen passed away in 2010 from renal failure, but Daniels is making sure that this part of his life will be enjoyed for many generations to come.

Allen began working in the White House in 1952 and worked himself up the ladder until he became one of the most respected butlers the house had to offer - maitre’d.

The film will make its way to theaters next year.
