Kanye West is planning to shoot a short form art film/music video in the Middle East. West will try to capture the culture of the Middle East with true authenticity. The project will be similar to West’s ‘Runaway’ movie/short-film.

Buzz about the project has already caused a bidding war between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha Qatar, who are all hoping to land the location for shooting.

No word yet on whether the project will be used to close the Watch The Throne era with.

Earlier we posted footage of Kanye West rapping at 19, now some more vintage Kanye footage has hit the net. In the video above a very young Ye is shown giving a speech in dedication to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Before all the success, money, models, fashion and cars; Kanye West was just another 19-year-old Chicago native trying to make it in the music industry. Mr West has come long way now at age 34.

After causing a frenzy with his debut album, The College Dropout in 2004, Mr West has continued to change the hip-hop industry with brash lyrics, unconventional subject matters and addictive beats. 6 albums later, Kanye sits comfortably on the throne.
