“Top Gun” Director Dies After Jumping From Bridge.

Top Gun Director Dies After Jumping From Bridge.

Yesterday, director Tony Scott died after apparently jumping from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, California.

Scott, who was 68-years-old, directed movies like The Taking of Pelham 1:23, Top Gun, and Beverly Hills Cop II just to name a few.

A suicide note was found at Scott’s office, but details as far as what the note said have not been disclosed.  The director, as you know, jumped from a bridge, plunging 185 feet to his death. It is also being reported that Scott was suffering from brain cancer.

We’ll keep you posted on the latest news regarding this tragedy.

Tony Scott is the younger brother of acclaimed director Ridley Scott.

We send our condolences to the family and friends of Scott during this terrible time.
