VIDEO: Diggy and J. Cole Make Peace

It seems like 2012 has marked the return of beef to mainstream hip-hop. The feuds have been adding up the past few months from Pusha-T v. Lil Wayne to Chris Brown v. Drake. Earlier this year “What You Say To Me” by Diggy surfaced. He packed the song’s lyrics with low-blows, subliminals, and just plain-out disses aimed toward J. Cole, who apparently had some sort of fling with Diggy’s sister, Vanessa. He claimed that the song had been previously recorded and wasn’t intended to be released and had been leaked. J. Cole’s retalliation was scubtle rapping the lyrics “You more Diggy, Me, I’m more Biggie, No diss to the young boy, I’m just rapping, get bored quickly!” in his song “Grew Up Too Fast”. GlobalGrind caught up with Diggy at the BET Awards Pre-Dinner who says that he and Cole have since squashed their beef.
